Detox without Salicylates

This is a rigorous detox that has two components: Firstly you need to get rid of some accumulated toxins as found by your pracitioners kinesiology. Secondly your practitioner found through kinesiology that you are sensitive to salicylates. So doing our regular detox that often has high salicylate foods within it will likely not suit your body. Dr Terry's favourite detox that he puts people on is the juice master diet. However as your sensitive to salicylates you have two options- one is to do the detox on low salicylate foods. The other option is to treat your salicylate sensitivity and whilst having that treated eat a low salicylate diet and then come back to the detox and then do another diet with that.

However due to you coming to the clinic not feeling well the quickest way is to do the two together- it is just a bit more rigorous. But saves you time money and returns your health quicker. If you are not salicylate sensitive then may i suggest you do the juice master detox or you do the other regular detox. But not this one.

To make a detox that is low in salicylates is a bit limited however I know is very important to get you well as soon as possible.

So if you could do a 80-90 % RAW diet for two weeks that is low in salicylates but that will stimulate your body to detoxify.
As i am treating you for salicylates you will not have to avoid the higher salicylates food for long. However to detox and also to not overdo the salicylates at the moment is important.
If you could please do 80-90% raw. Also because we are doing a detox then if you could avoid grains fully for the two weeks as well.
Also avoid coffee teas alcohol in order to detoxify. Please avoid cheese and yoghurt.
You can also have egg on this diet but is even best if you have raw egg. Whisk up the egg with a fork and if you want to add just a dash of milk (30mls0 thats a dash not a smoothie) to help and a small amount of salt is fine and even just a very small amount of maple syrup (maple syrup not golden syrup and also NOT maple flavoured syrup)- This is quick and is very satisfying I know it SOUNDS awful but it is actually quick easy satisfying and I personally enjoy it. It tastes good. Just try it and if you dont like it then you can always give it to someone else to cook up as a omelet.
You will be hungry on this detox- but in this case hunger is your friend and it is not for a long time and is important to gain the results in your health that you need. This will protect your future health as well.

Also any home made vegetable juices made from low salicylates vegetables and fruits listed is also helpful.
So if you could include a couple of large juices of mixed fruit and vegetables in the low salicylates would be fantastic to trigger your body into detoxification.
This is a very rigorous diet but you will feel a tremendous shift in your health by getting rid of toxins while keeping low on salicylates.
Some of the following information is from:-

I also highly recommend Sue Dengates web site on food sensitivities. http://fedup.com.au/

Our aim is that after you have been treated for the salicylates and toxins in the clinic and also gone on the detox successfuly then we can get you back on a normal healthy diet - we need to get you back on healthful foods that add health but at this moment they are not adding to your health but challenging it due to the sensitivities and the toxins.
But there is still plenty in the detox diet and also the salicylate diet to fully give full health- there is enough nutrients.

On the detox part we avoid grains - we need to burn off the toxins and activate a detox process in your body- and almost starve your body of carbohydrate calories so that it burns them out of the fat in your body this includes your brain which is a fatty organ. SO this diet is a means to an end- it is not the desired diet for all time- it is to achieve something. Luckily due to the allergy eliminating treatment we can clear your body of the sensitivities and then you can have those items.
So just think of this as a very disciplined process that gives your body the nutrients it needs but is not at all enjoyable.
There are other ways around this diet - but it would mean having a lot more treatments and take months and months longer without doing diets. I have seen people doing the diets and those that don't- it does still work but it takes too long.

When i see people I not only see their present symptoms but I see in my minds eye where their health is headed. When i treat them I am enthusiastically preventing them from going down the track that they are already on. I am helping them to change tracks. so then they can avoid the future deterioration in health. They can move to vibrant health and move away from cancers and heart attacks and strokes and just a life of increasing suffering. What I hate is when i hear of a patient that I have seen in the past- the patient has not been followed up on properly and now they are dead. They suffered cancer or they succumb to a virus or bunch of viruses that then leads to their heart failing. I feel partially responsible because I did not intervene enough. I did not help them to see the importance of making some little changes now to save a lot of suffering later. So please embrace the process dont fight it in your mind- be fully happy with it knowing it is a vehicle to get your somewhere important. Just the terrain is not luxurious and it is over rough terrain- but you can do it. You are tougher than the process.
